Maribeth booked us as part of a large group, so we did not know her when the arrangements were made. Not only was she professional and efficient, she also was kind. She helped us upgrade our cabin at our request closer to the trip with a quick phone call. The weekend of our departure ended up being difficult, thanks to a huge snowstorm in the northeast. As we waited to board--and even afterwards, prior to setting sail--I witnessed Maribeth contacting guests she had booked to advise them on everything from adjusting flights to finding a pharmacy for picking up medication inadvertently left at home. I cannot tell you how comforting that was for someone on her first cruise. It is my pleasure to recommend her services.
